Who I Am
I'm Rishi Aryal, a Senior Software Project Manager and ICT Specialist based in Kathmandu, Nepal. With over 15 years of hands-on experience, I have led the delivery of enterprise-scale digital systems for governments, United Nations agencies, World Bank-funded programs, and international organizations across Nepal and Timor-Leste.
My expertise spans the full software delivery lifecycle — from requirements gathering and Agile sprint planning in Jira, through to production deployment, staff training, and institutional handover. I have a particular strength in Management Information Systems (MIS), Electronic Case Management Systems (eCMS), Education MIS (EMIS), and Social Protection platforms.
Beyond project management, I am passionate about DevOps practices, Python-driven data analytics, and building systems that last beyond donor cycles through strong capacity-building and documentation.
