Delivering enterprise healthcare and MIS projects for US-based health informatics organizations. Full Agile lifecycle management, Jira backlog ownership, cross-functional distributed team leadership, KPI dashboards, and sprint reporting. Responsible for the Orbital multi-tenant platform and CI/CD automation.

Managed the nationwide rollout of the Electronic Case Management System (eCMS) across all 13 districts. Led vendor management, staff capacity-building for 200+ civil servants, system configuration, and institutional ownership transition. Also managed the organization's ICT infrastructure and communications strategy.

Led EMIS and Social Protection MIS delivery for the Ministry of Education and national social protection programs. Coordinated multi-stakeholder requirements, designed data integration pipelines, delivered reporting dashboards and conducted technical training for ministry counterparts.

Administered the national Health Management Information System (HMIS), designed disaster recovery procedures, and developed internal web applications for health data collection, analysis and reporting across all 75 districts.
